Overview

As a Business Development Executive at Tide, you will engage with prospective leads to convert them into members, providing exceptional service and support throughout the signup process.

• Engage with prospective leads face-to-face or at events.
• Convert app downloaders into full members.
• Guide potential members through the signup process.
• Upsell Tide services and products.
• Collaborate with the KYC team for documentation.
• Build rapport with existing members.

• Provide 5-star service during onboarding.

• Comfortable with cold calling and outreach.

Requirements

• Experience in a fast-paced fintech or sales environment.
• Face-to-face sales or telesales experience.
• Entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent objection handling skills.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Experience with CRM systems like Zendesk.
• Passion for supporting small businesses.
• Ability to manage changing priorities.
• Positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
