Overview

Thyme Care is seeking an innovative and experienced Quality, Training & Enablement (QTE) Manager to transform and lead our existing training and quality programs for our growing Enrollment Team.

In Short

  • Lead the Quality, Training & Enablement function for the Enrollment Team.
  • Revamp training content to create engaging learning experiences.
  • Hire and manage a team of QTE Associates and Coordinators.
  • Oversee onboarding training for new Enrollment Specialists.
  • Design ongoing training for updates and new contracts.
  • Implement career development paths for team members.
  • Direct monthly Quality Assurance review processes.
  • Leverage technology for efficiency in training and QA.
  • Align training initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Foster a culture of inclusion and diverse perspectives.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles.
  • Technical proficiency with LMS platforms.
  • Management experience in leading teams.
  • Operational orientation with process improvement skills.
  • Experience with performance analytics and reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Quality Assurance leadership experience in healthcare.
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience.
