Overview

Dash In is looking for a dynamic and motivated Retail Area Manager (RAM) to lead the operations and performance of 8–12 franchise-operated convenience retail locations. This field-based position is ideal for an experienced multi-unit leader passionate about helping franchise owners succeed, elevating the guest experience, and bringing brand standards to life.

In Short

  • Lead operations of 8–12 franchise locations.
  • Support franchisees in driving sales and improving performance.
  • Ensure execution of brand standards across locations.
  • Analyze site-level P&Ls to coach franchisees.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for operational initiatives.
  • Champion foodservice quality and safety standards.
  • Help franchisees recruit and train strong teams.
  • Support facility maintenance and capital improvements.
  • Build positive relationships with franchise owners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • 5+ years in retail or foodservice.
  • 2+ years in a multi-unit leadership role.
  • Experience with franchisees or independent business owners.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to travel throughout the region.
