Public Training Manager - Remote

Overview

The Public Training Manager at The Trevor Project will facilitate public trainings, deliver keynotes, and act as an official spokesperson while designing training materials focused on supporting LGBTQ+ youth.

In Short

• Facilitate live webinars and in-person trainings.
• Update training materials with the latest educational content.
• Create facilitator guides and cross-branded slide decks.
• Organize and respond to training inquiries.
• Track and report training metrics.
• Collaborate with the Communications team on training needs.
• Support team operations and logistics.
• Travel as needed for live facilitation.
• Commit to ethical business practices.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and effective communication.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in facilitating training.
• Proficiency in curriculum and instructional design.
• Strong public speaking and facilitation skills.
• Experience in leading and developing teams (if applicable).
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
