Overview

The Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) plays a pivotal role in driving data-informed decision-making across the organization, ensuring that Trevor’s financial plans are sustainable, equitable, and strategically aligned with our long-term mission.

In Short

• Prepare and distribute monthly and quarterly financial reports.
• Generate monthly expense accruals and entries.
• Assist in preparing annual organizational budget and multi-year forecasts.
• Manage state reporting through oversight of third-party vendors.
• Prepare budgets and progress reports for donors.
• Serve as a strategic finance partner to departments.
• Support annual audit and tax compliance.
• Analyze financial data to support organizational decision-making.
• Participate in cross-departmental projects.
• Demonstrate successful planning and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5-7 years of accounting and finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of compliance and reporting requirements for a 501c3 non-profit.
• Proven proficiency with accounting software and forecasting software.
• Exceptional communication and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
