Training Manager - Remote

Overview

Serve Robotics is seeking an experienced Training Manager to lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of operations training programs for our team that executes last mile robot delivery operations in major US markets.

In Short

• Design, implement, and manage training programs focused on operational excellence, safety, and compliance.
• Develop onboarding curricula for new hires and refresher programs for existing employees.
• Incorporate diverse training methods including hands-on, classroom, and digital learning.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training manuals.
• Monitor and assess training effectiveness through performance metrics and feedback.
• Partner with leadership to identify skills gaps and develop targeted training solutions.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Operations, Engineering, and HR for training initiatives.
• Train and mentor field trainers and supervisors to reinforce a learning culture.
• Champion a safety-first mindset across the organization.
• Ensure training aligns with evolving robotics technology and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in training, operations, or learning & development.
• Proven understanding of OSHA general industry standards.
• Strong track record of designing and delivering training programs.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and training evaluation methods.
• Experience in safety training, compliance, or regulated industries.
• Strong analytical skills; proficient in Google Sheets and BI tools.
