As the Director of Staffing and Business Development, you’ll wear three critical hats: Business Development, Staffing for Client Base, and Leadership. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced remote environment, enjoys relationship-building, and is skilled at both closing new job orders and filling them with high-quality candidates.

In Short

  • Identify and close new/old business opportunities.
  • Oversee recruiting efforts to connect top talent with client needs.
  • Coach and manage the team to create wins.
  • Drive new business through high-volume outbound sales efforts.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and executives.
  • Develop and deliver tailored proposals and contracts.
  • Ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Manage and mentor a team of recruiters/salespeople.
  • Maintain detailed client records and track sales activity.
  • Meet or exceed individual, team, and revenue targets.

Requirements

  • A track record of success in business development or sales.
  • Proven experience in staffing or recruitment.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience at a Recruitment Agency preferred.
  • Strong connections in the hospitality, hotel, retail, and restaurant industry.
