Overview

This position involves administering leaves of absence and ADA claims while providing excellent customer service in a remote-first organization.

In Short

  • Administer leaves of absence and ADA claims for multiple clients.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state leave laws.
  • Provide customer service by communicating with employees and healthcare providers.
  • Coordinate with Claim Specialists for timely claim adjudication.
  • Draft and send communication letters regarding leave and benefits.
  • Maintain high-quality employee leave and ADA files.
  • Participate in client meetings and training programs.
  • Work 40 hours per week and report to the office biweekly if required.
  • Be a self-starter and collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
  • Expected to take on additional work as needed.

Requirements

  • Four-year college degree in a related field.
  • Proficient in MS Word and typing.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and take on challenges.
  • Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
  • Ability to interpret various documents and regulations.
