The Employee Success Associate - Leave Administration will administer leaves of absence and ADA claims, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations while providing excellent customer service to clients and their employees.

  • Administer leaves of absence and ADA claims for multiple clients.
  • Confirm leave eligibility and review medical documentation.
  • Engage in interactive discussions regarding ADA accommodations.
  • Provide customer service via phone and email.
  • Coordinate with Claim Specialists for timely claim adjudication.
  • Draft letters regarding leave entitlements and benefits.
  • Maintain high-quality employee leave files.
  • Participate in client meetings and training programs.
  • Expected to work 40 hours per week.
  • Self-starter who can work independently in a remote-first environment.

Requirements

  • Four-year college degree in a related field.
  • Proficient typing and strong knowledge of MS Word.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Effective communication skills with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and embrace feedback.
