Overview

This position involves administering leaves of absence and ADA claims while providing excellent customer service in a remote-first environment.

In Short

  • Administer leaves of absence and ADA claims for multiple clients.
  • Confirm leave eligibility and review medical documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with clients’ employees and healthcare providers.
  • Provide excellent customer service via phone and email.
  • Draft and send letters regarding leave entitlement and benefits.
  • Maintain high quality leave and ADA files.
  • Coordinate with Claim Specialists for timely adjudication of claims.
  • Participate in client meetings and training programs.
  • Expected to work 40 hours per week and report to the office bi-weekly if applicable.
  • Self-starter who can work independently in a remote environment.

Requirements

  • Four-year college degree in a related field.
  • Proficient typing and strong knowledge of MS Word.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills with colleagues and clients.
  • Problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Willingness to learn and embrace feedback.
  • Ability to interpret various informational documents.
  • Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations.
