Quality Business Operations Leader - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Quality Leader to join our operations team at PHIL. This role will focus on optimizing workflows and processes within our internal pharmacy, fulfillment partners, and patient & provider advocacy teams to drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency, ultimately enhancing service quality and patient experience.

In Short

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems.
• Continuously assess and enhance operational processes.
• Work closely with internal teams to design and implement improved processes.
• Lead the creation and implementation of new quality standards.
• Supervise and mentor the quality team.
• Prepare and present regular quality reports to senior management.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in quality management.
• Experience in pharmacy or healthcare preferred.
• Demonstrated success in leading quality improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills to identify inefficiencies.
• Deep understanding of quality assurance principles.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams.
• Willingness to learn and understand internal workflows.
• Collaborative team player passionate about helping others.
• Certification in quality management preferred.
