The Business Operations Team Leader is a key role responsible for ensuring that the day-to-day operations of the strategic operations team run smoothly, involving various activities such as team support, project management, and process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of related experience; or 5 years and a Master’s degree
• Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt preferred
• Certification in Process Excellence or Certified Business Analysis Professional preferred
