Overview

The Harris Poll is seeking an Account Executive to identify and close new business logos to grow our client base by delivering innovative and cost-effective research solutions.

In Short

  • Proactively prospect and identify sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Perform the full sales cycle from research to closing deals.
  • Deliver engaging sales presentations to Fortune 500 clients.
  • Engage clients and ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with the demand generation team to execute effective campaigns.
  • Participate in sales planning and status meetings.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business.
  • Adapt quickly to the competitive landscape and product offerings.
  • Provide timely follow-ups to maintain urgency in sales processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, or a related field.
  • 5-12 years of proven sales experience in driving new business.
  • Experience closing large enterprise subscriptions with Fortune 100 companies.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to use various sales channels.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Adept at collaborating with internal teams to close business.
  • Experience in delivering compelling prospecting emails and presentations.
