In Short

  • The Inside Sales Representative will proactively prospect for new business opportunities with Restaurants.
  • Acquire restaurants by phone and collect information for qualification.
  • Explain the benefits of joining our network and using TheForkManager software.
  • Work independently to meet individual sales quotas as well as contribute to team goals.
  • 2-3 years experience in B2B sales or customer management.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards developing prospects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to influence at all levels.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
  • Knowledge of SalesForce or ContactCenter programs.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience in a commercial or B2B environment.
  • Sales motivation and drive.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Higher education in commerce, restaurant business, or hospitality.
  • Dynamic and perseverant personality.
  • Customer-oriented with a polite and positive attitude.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
