In Short

• Assist in analyzing restaurant performance and customer behavior to support local business strategies.
• Help monitor the effectiveness of strategic programs and ongoing initiatives.
• Support the creation of analysis, reports, and presentations to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with Brand, B2B Marketing, and other internal teams to gather data.
• Conduct benchmarking and competitive analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and weekly business reviews.
• Contribute to the execution of special projects and ad-hoc analyses under the guidance of senior team members.
• Adapt global content for local marketing projects like TheFork website and social media.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Communication, Marketing, and Management or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and a passion for working with data.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with data tools (e.g. Tableau, SQL) is a plus.
• Problem-solving mindset and curiosity to understand how things work.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Excellent in English and Italian (both written and spoken).
• Genuine interest in the food and restaurant industry.
