As part of our dynamic international People team, you will support our Talent Acquisition efforts across Europe, gaining hands-on experience in recruitment within a tech-driven, mission-led company.

In Short

• Source and screen top talent for various roles.
• Conduct CV reviews and initial phone interviews.
• Organise the full recruitment cycle with Hiring Managers.
• Maintain an up-to-date pipeline in our ATS (Greenhouse).
• Contribute to creating an exceptional candidate experience.
• Liaise with hiring managers for interview coordination.
• Support recruitment goals and employer branding efforts.
• Participate in projects to improve talent attraction.

Requirements

• Fluent in French and English.
• Eligible for a VIE contract (EU citizen, aged 18–28).
• Recent graduate or final stages of studies in HR or related fields.
• Natural communicator with diverse backgrounds.
• Curious and eager to learn about international business.
• Adaptable and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in recruitment is a plus.
• Interest in employer branding and candidate experience.
