In Short

  • First point of contact for guests and landlords ensuring smooth communication.
  • Manage inquiries, support bookings, and deliver efficient service.
  • Respond to guest and landlord inquiries in both French and English.
  • Support guests through reservation, check-in, and check-out processes.
  • Investigate and resolve issues while maintaining a positive tone.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately.
  • Collaborate with operations and tech teams to suggest improvements.
  • Recognize opportunities for upselling and strengthening relationships.

Requirements

  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
  • Proven experience in customer service, ideally in hospitality or tech.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and capable of multitasking under pressure.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using PMS, CRM, and digital tools.
  • Problem-solving mindset with empathy and attention to detail.
