Overview

The Director of Business Development and Community Engagement will lead the University’s efforts in grassroots recruitment in California, developing partnerships and outreach strategies to achieve enrollment objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Experience in partnership development and outreach.
• Strong customer service focus and teamwork experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage confidential data and communicate effectively.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and initiative.
• Experience in higher education preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
