Overview

The Procurement Coordinator (Level D) at Boeing will support the Electrical, Electronic, Electromechanical Procurement Team by managing procurement data, assisting with supplier communications, and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.

In Short

• Prepare complex reports and charts for procurement analysis.
• Handle low value, non-complex procurements.
• Support Procurement Agents with higher-value transactions.
• Maintain procurement databases and ensure data integrity.
• Communicate with suppliers to resolve procurement issues.
• Train and coach less experienced Procurement Coordinators.
• Organize meetings and maintain documentation.
• Experience required in Microsoft Office applications.
• 1+ years of data collection and reporting experience.
• Onsite work required in Mesa, AZ.

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in procurement practices.
• Background in customer service.
• Experience as a Procurement Coordinator or Administrator is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher is advantageous.
