Overview

The Boeing Global Services Customer Relations Exhibition and Trade Show team is seeking a Customer Relations Specialist (Exhibit Management) professional who will plan and coordinate Boeing Global Services’ participation in industry trade and air shows utilizing extensive event and exhibit planning skills and knowledge.

In Short

  • Plan and coordinate multiple complex customer visits/events.
  • Oversee all details and logistics for assigned events.
  • Manage event/exhibit planning meetings and communications.
  • Research and evaluate potential venues for events.
  • Strengthen internal and external customer and supplier networks.
  • Provide on-site management of resources for events.
  • Implement logistics in accordance with company policies.
  • Facilitate process improvements based on feedback.
  • Ensure adherence to branding compliance and guidelines.
  • Coordinate with a multi-disciplined team for successful execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in event/trade show management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to liaise professionally with business partners.
  • Budget management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience in exhibit design.
  • Knowledge of event planning software platforms.
  • Flexibility for domestic and international travel.
