Procurement Program Coordinator - Remote

Overview

This role will be in charge of coordinating major Procurement programs aiming at achieving medium- and long-term goals by interacting with Portfolios and multifunctional regional teams including supply chain, R&D, finance, and marketing.

In Short

• Central point for managing key projects and programs for Foods BU Latam connected with the Transformation agenda.
• Keep tracking and report progress of projects and programs to Foods Latam Leadership and relevant stakeholders.
• Support Portfolios and project leaders to identify risk and propose solutions.
• Responsible for preparing forecast cycles communication to the BU translating results into business relevant information.
• Participate on Procurement’s Lighthouse Strategy Pillars.

Requirements

• University degree – technical, or financial discipline preferred.
• Previous experience in Supply Chain (Plan, make, source, deliver), R&D.
• Good working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint are essential.
• Languages: Spanish (advanced), English (advanced), Portuguese (advanced).
• Excellent communication & networking skills.
• Analytical capability and resilient behaviour.
• Self-Management (priority setting, risk analysis, resources).
• Take ownership and responsibility; have energy and drive.
