Overview

TrueML is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Coordinator to support the smooth and efficient operation of our procurement function, focusing on vendor relationships and contract management.

In Short

• Assist with vendor setup processes and documentation.
• Support vendor audit activities and organize documentation.
• Maintain procurement process documentation and workflows.
• Manage the vendor contract repository and track key milestones.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders for procurement-related updates.
• Generate reports on vendor activity and contract status.
• Provide general administrative support to the procurement team.

Requirements

• Must reside in the San Jose, Costa Rica metropolitan area.
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently.
• Previous experience in administrative or support roles preferred.
• High school diploma required; higher education is a plus.
