Placement Coordinator - Remote

Overview

We are currently hiring for an energetic and customer focused Placement Coordinator to join our Clinical Placement team here at Joyce University. The coordinator will ensure the necessary resources are in place for student clinical and preceptor placements across the nursing programs and software platforms. This role also emphasizes the ability to communicate with students the importance of compliance to meet all clinical health and University partners requirements.

• Understand Clinical Placement semester timelines and processes.
• Practice empathy and communication with student assistance requests.
• Utilize cloud-based messaging for cross-department collaboration.
• Assist with student registration and clinical experience software.
• Manage student compliance tracking software.
• Understand varying requirements of healthcare facilities.

Requirements

• Preferred education: Bachelor's degree.
• Preferred experience: 2-3 years in an academic setting.
