Overview

The Placement Coordinator will help graduates connect with employers and job opportunities in their local or regional job market, ensuring they feel supported throughout their job search.

In Short

• Build relationships with employers to identify job opportunities for students and alumni.
• Coordinate placement activities and document employer relations in CRM.
• Solicit job orders from employers and maintain contact with graduates.
• Interview students to determine their skills and advise on employment choices.
• Provide job leads and track information in CRM.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance career products.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in career services.
• Strong persuasion and networking skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Detail-oriented and able to multi-task under pressure.
• Experience in the tech industry is a plus.
