Placement Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Placement Coordinator will assist a team of Placement Specialists in data entry, database management, student form collection and verification, site network expansion and initial prospecting to secure appropriate placements for enrolled students.

• Manage data entry related to clinical placement operations.
• Research new site partners and conduct outreach.
• Organize agency networks and maintain CRM database.
• Coordinate with Contracts Team for site affiliations.
• Assist in ensuring timely and accurate placement operations.
• Work with Placement Specialists for student matching.

Requirements

• 1 year of administrative experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
• Understanding of business operations.
• Analytical thinker with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
• Enthusiasm for a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
