Overview

The Materials and Process Technology (M&PT) team at Boeing is seeking a mid-career M&P Contamination Engineer to develop and drive chemical/contamination requirements across multiple programs. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with contamination control standards in engineering design and manufacturing processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in materials or chemical engineering.
• Experience with military aircraft and manufacturing environments preferred.
• Knowledge of material processing for metals and composites.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with analytical laboratory instruments.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical information.
• Ability to apply systems thinking to engineering challenges.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a security clearance.
