The Senior Rewards Advisor will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing comprehensive rewards strategies, focusing on compensation, benefits, and global mobility tailored to the Americas region.

Requirements

  • 5 - 7 years of experience in compensation and benefits.
  • Proven track record in managing rewards programs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Workday and compensation analysis tools.
  • In-depth understanding of Americas regulations.
  • Familiarity with global mobility compliance.
  • Expertise in broker and vendor management.
