HRIS Implementation Lead – Workday Transition - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced HRIS Implementation Lead to manage and coordinate the preparation and execution of our transition to Workday as our global HRIS platform.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of HRIS project implementation experience
• At least one full-cycle Workday implementation
• Experience with HR systems like ADP, Paylocity, and Greenhouse
• Strong understanding of HR processes and data
• Exceptional project management skills
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments
• Self-starter with attention to detail
