• Lead the business systems management for a growing Americas region.
• Design, implement, and optimize Salesforce, NetSuite, and other enterprise systems.
• Manage complex system integrations, especially during acquisitions.
• Utilize Scrum/Agile methodologies for project management.
• Build and scale a high-performing team of business systems professionals.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to align systems with business goals.
• Drive system enhancements and process optimizations.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and security protocols.
• Provide coaching and professional development for team members.
• Act as the primary contact for senior leadership regarding business systems strategy.

Requirements

• 6+ years in business systems management.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce and NetSuite.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles.
• Experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Experience with system security and compliance frameworks.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
