Overview

The Head of Business Systems is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the systems and data architecture that underpin our operations at Turing. This leader will bring order to a fragmented systems landscape by ensuring consistent, accurate, and reliable data across the organization and aligning our enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS, etc.) with strategic business goals. By driving efficiency, integration, and scalability, the Head of Business Systems will enable data-driven decision-making and lay the foundation for sustainable growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in business systems or IT leadership roles.
• Proven success in managing enterprise systems.
• Deep understanding of ERP, CRM, HRIS systems.
• Experience with Netsuite, Salesforce, and HiBob preferred.
• Strong knowledge of data architecture and governance.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in designing enterprise-wide data strategies.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations.
