Overview

As an Account Executive at SHR, you'll play a pivotal role in leading the sales process, driving new business, and establishing SHR as a leading player within the hotel industry.

In Short

  • Lead the sales process from identifying targeted accounts to closing strategic opportunities.
  • Work with the marketing team to build a solid pipeline of sales qualified leads.
  • Exceed annual new business sales quotas across your assigned territory.
  • Identify and close major revenue-producing independent hotels and hotel groups.
  • Engage prospective customers by presenting SHR's solutions.
  • Manage all pipeline activities using Salesforce CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop tactics and share winning formulas.
  • Own the contract process with prospective clients.
  • Facilitate the RFP processes for successful sales outcomes.
  • Advocate for change and technology adoption.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of SaaS sales experience.
  • Deep domain experience in the hotel/travel industry.
  • Experience in electronic distribution and revenue management systems.
  • Business-to-Business Sales experience.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
