Overview

As a CRS Onboarding Specialist, you’ll be the driving force behind seamless and successful implementations of our Central Reservation System (CRS) solutions, guiding clients through the onboarding process and ensuring their systems are configured for success.

In Short

  • Drive seamless onboarding and implementation of CRS solutions for new clients.
  • Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables for high-quality execution.
  • Serve as the primary client contact throughout the onboarding process.
  • Conduct virtual meetings, training sessions, and support calls.
  • Configure the CRS system based on implementation plans.
  • Identify opportunities for workflow improvements.
  • Collaborate with Product, Support, and Integration teams.
  • Maintain and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for onboarding.
  • Continuously optimize onboarding strategies.
  • Experience in the hospitality or SaaS industry is advantageous.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in CRS onboarding or hotel distribution technology.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and client management skills.
  • Proven ability to analyze business needs.
  • Experience with SaaS-based hospitality technology preferred.
