In Short

• Conduct health and medication reviews with patients.
• Perform accurate data entry of patient prescription information.
• Achieve key performance metrics set by management.
• Educate patients and facilities about ExactCare solutions.
• Manage the patient assessment process to grow business.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports.
• Schedule telephonic reviews and follow-up calls with patients.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Services team.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills required.
• Work Monday through Friday from 11:30 AM to 8 PM EST.

Requirements

• Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred.
• Home Internet with minimum speed requirements.
• Must have at least 6 months in current role.
• Completion of training sessions and assessments required.
• Ability to work one Saturday each month.
