Overview

As an Onboarding Specialist at Dialpad, you will play a crucial role in customer interaction and enablement, supporting and troubleshooting product areas and technical implementations.

In Short

  • Facilitate onboarding deployment for new customers and products.
  • Host training sessions for customers on Dialpad products.
  • Provide detailed walkthroughs and train new customers.
  • Deliver quality onboarding by analyzing needs and resolving issues.
  • Drive customers to implement best practices.
  • Communicate product configuration requirements with customers.
  • Act as the escalation point for onboarding issues.
  • Work on ad-hoc tasks as necessary.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in Customer Onboarding, Software Implementation, and Account Management.
  • 1 year experience with VOIP solutions.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Experience with telecommunication or SaaS providers.
  • Excellent internet connectivity required.
