Senior Manager, Total Rewards - Remote

Overview

The VERTEX Companies is seeking a Senior Manager, Total Rewards to collaborate with senior leadership to lead the development and implementation of a Total Rewards strategy that will further support our efforts to attract and retain best-in-class talent.

In Short

• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and administer competitive global total rewards strategies.
• Oversee the design and management of compensation and benefits programs.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations related to compensation and benefits.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of total rewards programs and recommend improvements.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
• Work closely with HR business partners to integrate total rewards into broader strategies.
• Develop and deliver communications and training on total rewards programs.
• Provide leadership and supervision to total rewards team members.
• Oversee the annual benefit programs open enrollment process.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Human Resource Administration.
• Minimum of seven years’ experience in compensation and benefits, with at least three years in a management role.
• Global benefits experience preferred.
• Deep knowledge of compensation and benefits best practices and regulations.
• Experience managing executive compensation and equity plans.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
