Expansion Manager - Colombia - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly driven Expansion Manager to expand Tether’s growth and presence in Colombia through adoption of its solutions, products and services. The Expansion Manager will play a pivotal role in identifying and executing new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and navigating regulatory landscapes.

• Manage relationships with regulators and government agencies.
• Support fintech events to enhance brand visibility.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• 5-7 years work experience in cross-border payments or cryptocurrency.

Requirements

• A degree in Business, Management, or Finance (MBA preferred).
• Strong analytical skills and experience in setting/monitoring KPIs.
• A proactive, independent, and well-organized approach.
• The ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• A history of successfully building and managing strategic partnerships.
