The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will lead a Regional Sales Team at Tempus, focusing on exceeding sales goals across the product portfolio related to cancer genomics. This role involves creating and implementing business plans, managing Clinical Account Executives, and making strategic decisions to drive sales in the defined geographic region.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a commercial sales environment.
  • Deep knowledge of the Diagnostic Services industry.
  • Experience selling oncology-based tests preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to engage in consultative selling.
  • Comfortable selling at the executive level.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of financial dynamics in a commercial organization.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the territory.
