  • Drive sales of Tempus RWD, AI, sequencing, and clinical trial solutions.
  • Focus on major biopharma accounts to accelerate research and clinical programs.
  • Identify and close new sales opportunities within designated accounts.
  • Meet and exceed bookings goals while delivering on strategic objectives.
  • Develop account strategies in coordination with scientific and business operations teams.
  • Build and maintain executive relationships with clients.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with assigned client accounts.
  • Lead a cross-functional team to deliver value for customers.
  • Track progress against strategic objectives and revenue goals.
  • Travel approximately 40% of working time, domestically and internationally.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in Business Development and Sales in Life Sciences.
  • 5+ years working with companies servicing Life Sciences in R&D and Real World Data.
  • Proven experience delivering sales results within Biopharma accounts.
  • Entrepreneurial sales approach in a high growth environment.
  • Expert in influencing stakeholders to solve problems.
  • Deep understanding of the drug development life cycle.
  • Exceptional account management and strategic selling skills.
  • Proven track record as a trusted advisor with clients.
  • Experience negotiating large and complex deals.
  • Strong understanding of molecular data and AI in drug discovery.
  • Bachelor's degree in Science or Business; Advanced degree desired.
