Overview

As a Recruiter for RBTs and BCBAs at Tellos, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that children receive timely therapy by recruiting high-quality candidates who align with our mission.

In Short

• Own the end-to-end recruiting process for RBTs and BCBAs.
• Partner with clinical leadership to maintain a steady pipeline of candidates.
• Utilize various platforms for proactive sourcing of candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate experience through to offer.
• Maintain accurate tracking systems for recruitment metrics.
• Build warm pipelines tagged by state and credential.
• Work closely with practice owners to understand staffing needs.
• Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
• Communicate effectively with candidates and internal teams.
• Drive results and improve recruiting strategies continuously.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in ABA or healthcare.
• Familiarity with job boards and ATS tools.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Proven experience in proactive sourcing and pipeline building.
• Bias for action and results-oriented mindset.
