Remote BCBA Practice Leader

Overview

The Remote BCBA Practice Leader will enable BCBAs to manage their caseload effectively while ensuring optimal clinical outcomes and promoting a healthy work/life balance through telehealth services.

In Short

• Conduct comprehensive assessments including FBAs and skill assessments.
• Develop and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise and support RBTs in treatment plan implementation.
• Evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines.
• Communicate with team on billing and insurance requirements.
• Support staff in understanding care features for parents and providers.

Requirements

• Board Certified Behavioral Analyst Certification.
• Masters Degree.
• Must live in South Carolina.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Passionate about delivering high-quality care.
• Driven to establish an independent practice.
• Strong communication skills.
