Overview

This role involves leading BCBA practices through telehealth, ensuring optimal clinical outcomes and a healthy work/life balance for practitioners.

In Short

• Conduct comprehensive assessments including FBAs and skill assessments.
• Develop and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise, train, and support RBTs in treatment plan implementation.
• Evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines.
• Communicate with the team regarding billing and insurance requirements.

• Board Certified Behavioral Analyst Certification.
