Remote BCBA Practice Leader - Part Time

Overview

This position is for a Remote BCBA Practice Leader, focusing on providing independent practice support for BCBAs through telehealth services.

In Short

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, including functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments.
• Develop and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans for clients, setting measurable goals and objectives.
• Supervise, train, and support RBTs in the implementation of treatment plans.
• Evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Help staff understand important features for quality care.
• Communicate with the team on billing and insurance to meet payor requirements.

Requirements

• Board Certified Behavioral Analyst Certification.
• Masters Degree.
• Must live in Georgia.
