Remote BCBA Practice Leader

Overview

This position allows BCBAs to manage their caseload effectively while ensuring a healthy work/life balance and providing stable RBT staff through telehealth.

In Short

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, including functional behavior assessments (FBAs).
• Develop and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise, train, and support RBTs in treatment plan implementation.
• Evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines.
• Assist staff in understanding features for quality care.
• Communicate with team on billing and insurance requirements.

Requirements

• Board Certified Behavioral Analyst Certification.
• Masters Degree.
• Must live in South Carolina.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Passionate about delivering high-quality, personalized care.
• Driven with a desire to establish an independent practice.
• Strong communication skills.
