Overview

As a Senior Account Executive at Telgorithm, you will lead the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts, collaborating closely with various teams to drive high-value deals and influence sales strategies.

In Short

  • Lead full-cycle sales for enterprise new logo accounts.
  • Partner with CEO, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams.
  • Self-source at least 50% of your sales pipeline.
  • Conduct compelling discovery calls with stakeholders.
  • Understand buyer pain points related to messaging and compliance.
  • Collaborate on messaging and create high-converting collateral.
  • Maintain accurate deal progress and reporting.
  • Advocate for customer needs across teams.
  • Work independently in a small sales team.
  • Thrive in early-stage environments with minimal process.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience selling to enterprise customers.
  • 3+ years in a hunter AE role, meeting/exceeding quotas.
  • 2+ years of BDR/SDR or AE experience with self-sourced pipeline.
  • Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Strong grasp of technical solutions like APIs or CPaaS.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot and sales tools.
  • Ability to operate independently.
  • Curiosity and adaptability to challenge the status quo.
