  • Track call-related information for auditing purposes.
  • Provide feedback on call issues.
  • Upsell if required.
  • Must hold an active license through VTNE for Vet Tech.
  • Work in a collaborative and engaging environment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
  • Ability to type at least 30 words per minute.
  • Comfortable with desktop computer systems.
  • Customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
  • Hold active license for Vet Tech through VTNE.
