  • Provide 24/7 customer service support in a call center environment.
  • Assist agents with inquiries related to insurance policies and coverage.
  • Utilize upselling and cross-selling techniques to educate customers.
  • Maintain high standards for call quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Attend mandatory training sessions for approximately 12 weeks.
  • Flexible shifts including weekends and holidays may be required.
  • Must reside within the Eastern Time zone.
  • Prior customer service experience preferred.
  • Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office tools.

Requirements

  • Valid Property & Casualty License or Personal Lines License.
  • Associate degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 6 months related work experience.
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a structured work environment.
  • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office.
  • Understanding of organizational policies and procedures.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Experience in a fast-paced call center is a plus.
  • Must be able to track and maintain data accurately.
