In Short

• Oversee and drive successful execution of IT and strategic initiatives.
• Manage projects from inception through to completion.
• Lead cross-functional teams and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Facilitate Steering Committee meetings and present updates to executive leadership.
• Experience in digital transformation and process improvement is essential.
• Track and manage projects according to selected frameworks (Agile, Waterfall).
• Identify and mitigate risks in collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
• Build strong partnerships and influence outcomes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Present project updates confidently in various forums.

Requirements

• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project.
• Proven experience in managing IT and digital transformation projects.
• 5+ years of technical project management experience.
• Agile certification or PMP certification preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Experience in facilitating and managing Steering Committee meetings.
