Project Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Project Manager at beqom, you will spearhead customer implementations and drive teams toward success, overseeing the integration of the beqom SaaS solution into customers' HRIS environments.

In Short

• Act as the primary interface to customers during implementation.
• Manage and deliver projects according to scope, budgets, and timelines.
• Ensure client success using best practice principles.
• Manage quality, cost of delivery, and resource performance.
• Identify and manage dependencies, constraints, risks, or limitations.
• Create detailed project plans, budgets, and governance materials.
• Provide clear progress reporting to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Work with customer sponsors and stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Requirements

• Experience with SaaS application implementation.
• Experience managing project budgets, scope, and timelines.
• Strong customer focus and relationship management skills.
• Formal project management qualifications (PMP, agile, etc.) are a plus.
• HRIS SaaS implementation experience is desirable.
• Additional languages are a plus.
