Overview

Switch 2 Energy Ltd is a leading operator of residential communal heating infrastructure in the UK, pioneering the decarbonisation of the UK economy. We are looking for a passionate Project Manager to help transform the shift to a zero-carbon economy.

In Short

• Play a key role in delivering low carbon heating and cooling energy infrastructure.
• Manage projects from early development to close.
• Innovative approach to health and safety management.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to specification.
• Direct contact with clients and customers.
• Proactively manage project risks.
• Lead project teams and advocate for personal skills development.
• Cultivate supply chain relationships and manage subcontractors.
• Maintain high standards of project records.
• Report on key performance measures to the Board.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in technical project delivery.
• Professional qualification to min HND level, preferably in project management.
• Safety qualification (e.g., Nebosh, IOSH, CSCS) preferred.
• High interpersonal effectiveness and communication skills.
• Enthusiastic and motivated to innovate.
• Ownership of issues and drive to completion.
• High degree of IT dexterity, including Office and project applications.
