Overview

Texan Insurance is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-loving Licensed Customer Service Representative to assist clients and ensure excellent service.

In Short

• Assisting clients with policy questions, updates, and claims.
• Providing A+ customer service via phone, email, and in person.
• Managing policy renewals, endorsements, and changes.
• Working with insurance carriers for smooth transactions.
• Supporting Account Managers with quotes and reports.
• Identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in personal lines insurance.
• Active P&C License.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
